1) What AYACHI is (and is not)

AYACHI is an entertainment-only cricket practice simulator. It lets users explore mock match modules, build practice XIs under a credit cap, and save/review teams for learning. No real money, no prizes, no wallet, and no withdrawals exist on this website.

2) Eligibility (18+ only)

• You must be 18 years or older to use AYACHI.
• Do not use AYACHI if your local laws restrict access to similar simulation/contest-style entertainment platforms.
• If you create an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3) Accounts and access

• Sign-up is used to personalize your dashboard and save your practice teams.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse (automation, scraping, harassment, or attempts to bypass access rules).

4) Practice teams, credits, and mock scoring

• Credits are an in-game practice constraint only and have no monetary value.
• Any points/leaderboard values are for entertainment and learning comparisons; they do not represent official results.
• Default match/player information is loaded from local JSON files. Replace them with your own dataset using the same keys.

5) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, or automated actions intended to manipulate leaderboards or room counts.
• No attempts to upload harmful code, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with site operation.
• No misleading content or impersonation (including claiming official affiliation with leagues, teams, or broadcasters).

6) Intellectual property & branding

• All site UI, layout, and original copy are owned by the AYACHI brand owner.
• Team names/logos shown in mock data are for demonstration only. If you add real team assets, ensure you have rights to use them.

7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• AYACHI is provided on an 'as-is' basis for entertainment and educational practice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

8) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to improve clarity, safety, or compliance. The effective date will be shown at the top of the page when updated.
